Thank you for reading my bio...

Ida Gardner, MA

I completed my undergraduate coursework at California State University, Dominguez Hills. I went on to received a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. My graduate school education was immersive and comprehensive. I especially enjoyed my coursework in family dynamics and couples.

In my previous career as a wedding planner, I found that I often counseled, celebrated, and grieved with my brides, couples, and families. With the majority, I remained connected and continued to be a source of counsel. Through these experiences, I felt compelled to expand my knowledge and training to psychology to help navigate this beautiful life journey.

I continually work to stay current on the latest research and trends in psychology. I regularly attend conferences, seminars, and participate in training workshops. I am a member of the Next Level Practitioner Group, which gives me access to the most influential minds and cutting-edge practices in the field of psychology. I completed an intensive certificate program in the Mother-Daughter Attachment Model through The Mother-Daughter International Coaching Institute.

Most recently, I completed the Gottman Institute training for couples therapy.

A Letter to my clients-to-be

Thank you for reading this letter. Asking for help and being vulnerable is not easy. I feel truly blessed and honored that I can share this journey with you. I had the privilege of growing up in a big loving Argentinian/Italian family that shaped who I am today. I moved to the US in 1998, and now I call Los Angeles my home. It is the place where I belong. In my previous career, I was a wedding planner, and I experienced weekend after weekend my clients living the most beautiful day of their lives. But now, I can go a step further by helping my clients in their everyday lives and helping them find real transformation from their heart and their past.

I offer a 10-minute free consultation and would love to explore your needs to make sure I can be of the highest service on your journey.

Thank you again for reaching out. Asking for help is not easy, and you have already taken a decisive step on your journey. Know that even if you feel scared or alone, there is always a way out of any situation, and one that can be a win-win for any relationship.

In love and light,

Ida
